Keeping in line with the emerging risk in the M&A segment, we at GLOBAL organized a seminar on ‘Transaction Risk – Challenges & Insurance Solutions’ on 29th August 2019 at Sofitel, BKC, Mumbai.

Mr. BS Shashidar began the session by setting the tone for the event which was followed by a discussion by an eminent panellist from Private Equity Funds, Top Law Firms, Insurer/Reinsurers and well as Samir. The lively discussion consists of risks such as indemnity issues in a transaction and how M&A insurance can bridge this gap to facilitate such risk.

Our Chairman presented a token of appreciation to our Panellist and our MD Rajshekhar Kalluri closed the discussion expressing the need for such products and how we as brokers can be market makers.
